			<description>Planning for Fest of All 2012: Celebrating the Many Cultures of the Ozarks&amp;nbsp;has begun. The first planning meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 31 at Tim's Pizza on the Fayetteville Square at 11:30 AM. Fest of All is a free annual festival that encourages the appreciation and recognition of community diversity through entertainment, education, and artistic expression of all cultures. 			<description>The Fayetteville City Council recently passed a new ordinance requiring all pets in Fayetteville to be microchipped in an effort to see more pets reunited with their owners.&amp;nbsp; Microchips are available at local veterinarian offices as well as at the Fayetteville Animal Shelter.&amp;nbsp; No appointment is needed to get your pet microchipped at the Shelter.&amp;nbsp; The process takes approximately ten minutes and the cost is twenty dollars per pet.&lt;img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/af/news/~4/j6qhQZpOIzM" height="1" width="1"/&gt;</description>
